LIMITS OF WARRANTY: 
1. Two-year warranty to the main frame including
2. 12 months warranty on components such as handlebars, suspension, motor, battery, charger and control panel etc.
3. Wear and Tear items are NOT covered under warranty, these include: plastic wheel cover, handlebar grips, wheels and tyres, brake discs, drums and pads are not covered under warranty.
4. The warranty will be void if:
  • Any electrical components have been tampered with including over-riding speed limiter
  • The battery has failed due to being stored at a temperature outside of the recommended levels
  • There is evidence of neglect
  • There is any sign of water in any part of the scooter
  • The scooter has not been regularly maintained and serviced
