At this time in Australia, there are varying laws and regulations relating to the use of eBikes and eScooters in each state and territory. Please conduct your own research as to whether the operation of such products is legal, or regulated in your locale. It is not the responsibility of Macarthur eBikes, their suppliers or affiliates to ensure legality.
